The Jetpatcher™ Road Repair machines come in a range or sizes from 2 to 8 cubic meter capacity.
- Series 2500 – truck mounted units, 4 to 8 cubic meter capacity
- Series 1000 – truck & trailer mounted units, 2 to 4 meter capacity
- Series 800 – trailer mounted units, no aggregate hopper, aggregate carried by towing truck
- Jetpatcher Options – other Jetpatcher product options
The series 2500 units are designed to be mounted on truck cab/chassis as a completely self sufficient unit.
These truck mounted units are maneuverable and suited to both urban and country areas. The larger hopper capacity allows increased aggregate load to be carried.
The standard 2500 Series units compromise of:
- Aggregate storage hopper with optional capacities of 3 to 8 cubic meter
- Full length conveyor discharge – hydraulic powered
- Emulsion tank storage from nominal 600 to 2000 liters to suit hopper capacity
- High volume air blower for aggregate flow
- Air compressor to pressurize emulsion, water and kerosene tanks
- Pressurized tanks for water and kerosene for cleaning, dampening dry aggregate, purging emulsion lines and spraying
- Easily accessible controls
- Patented aggregate feed system
- Auxiliary engine
- Placement boom / delivery hose with swiveling jet distributor unit
- Low noise enclosures and air flow silencing
- Standard units are complete with sign rack, toolbox, rear step, mudguards, ladder, retractable water hose, pressure drum fill
The series 1000 unit is a smaller unit with 2 cubic meter to 4 cubic meter capacity.
The 1000-2 unit can be either mounted to a small maneuverable truck for around town use or as a trailer unit which can be towed behind a truck and is completely self contained.
The 1000-4 unit is a truck mountable unit.
These smaller, economical units are ideal for urban and suburban work. They have the same output as the larger units with no compromise as to the working of the machine and the delivery system.
The standard 1000 series units compromise of:
- Aggregate storage hopper with optional capacities of 2 to 4 cubic meter
- Emulsion tank storage nominal 750L (truck) 420L (trailer)
- High volume air blower for aggregate flow
- Air compressor to pressurize emulsion, water and kerosene tanks
- Pressurized tanks for water and kerosene for cleaning, dampening dry aggregate, purging emulsion lines and spraying
- Easily accessible controls
- Patented aggregate feed system
- Auxiliary engine

The series 800 is a small trailer mounted unit with large capacity.
This unit uses the capacity of the towing trucks deck for the aggregate supply. Designed for areas where there is a large traveling distance from the source of the materials.
The standard 800 series units compromise:
- Aggregate carried by truck
- Emulsion tank storage nominal 950L
- High volume air blower for aggregate flow
- Air compressor to pressurize emulsion, water and kerosene tanks
- Pressurized tanks for water and kerosene for cleaning, dampening dry aggregate, purging emulsion lines and spraying
- Easily accessible controls
- Patented aggregate feed system
- Auxiliary engine
- Placement boom / delivery hose with jet distributor unit
- Low noise enclosures and air flow silencing

All units use the jet delivery system with no moving parts and minimal maintenance. Delivery rate for each type of unit is a minimum of 2.4m³ per hour.
